Known as P.A. Alvarez Realty in 1993, the company completed the St. Joseph Subdivision, its first residential community project situated in San Pedro, Laguna. Within weeks of its launch, this first project was sold-out (200 home units) completely only after 4 months. In 1994, the company was renamed P. A. Alvarez Properties & Development Corp. On the other hand, some of the company’s finished projects to date include the One Metropolitan Place, and East residences Ortigas.
How efficient is P.A. Properties?
In the past 5 years, P. A. Properties has been adapting to the innovation and evolution of processes and operations to better respond to the needs of its homebuyers. In this fast-growing digital age, the company now employs modern techniques in terms of building technology. Such a technique, as the Cast-in-Place (CIP) technology, enables “locally supplied ready-mix concrete or site-mixed mortar, steel reinforcement, and plastic formwork are delivered to the construction site, allowing concrete and mortar structures to be produced at the project site.
This makes the construction process more efficient, allowing single-story units to be finished in 25 days while two-story units, in mere 45 days.” This technology lowers the cost in construction so the prices are lowered, much to the advantage of buyers/investors.
